Returns Policy

How do I make a return?

  • To start the returns process, please send us an email at info@miamor.ca with the subject line Returns Request, and include the following information;
    • Order #, Date of Purchase, Reason for Returns, Attach Photo of Product
  • A mi amor representative will review the request and respond within 48 hours
  • If approved, mi amor will send a Returns Form that must be completed and submitted along with the items
    • mi amor will not cover the shipping fees for items that are being refunded or exchanged
    • If the item[s] being returned for a refund or exchange has a manufacture defect, mi amor will cover the shipping costs
    • Item[s] used resulting in wear and tear do not qualify for a refund or exchange

 

How long do I have to make a refund or exchange?

  • For customers in Canada, items must be returned to mi amor within 30 calendar days of receiving the order. International customers must return their items within 40 calendar days of receiving the order.

 

Which items are eligible for refunds and exchanges?

  • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, mi amor will accept refunds and exchanges on all eligible items in its original condition. All items (excluding swimwear and items on clearance) may be returned for a refund or exchange. Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another size.

 

How long does the returns process take?

  • Once we have received your returned items, mi amor will begin conducting the returns process which may take up to 15 business days to complete. A confirmation email will be sent out to the customer once the returns process has been completed. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

 

Received a defected item?

  • We are genuinely sorry that you received a defected item from us. Please send us a picture via info@miamor.ca so that we may further investigate into the issue. That being said, we ensure all the necessary quality checks and appropriate standards are put in place for each of our items before they’re shipped out.
